PLANNING, STYLING & COORDINATION PACKAGES
Davicii provide a wide array of services to create unique and unforgettable experiences to our individual clients. Similar to the D&C model utilised by architects, you can either opt for the central Full-Service Wedding Planning package, which covers both design and construction aspects, or select personalised standalone packages.
Wedding Planning (Design + Construct)
Comprehensive service, covering every planning aspect of the wedding journey from dreaming up concepts to day-of execution. This includes: budget management, venue and vendor selection, timeline creation, management of contracts and payments, table mock-up, development of relevant schedules and coordinating logistics.
Wedding Styling (Design)
Creating aesthetic concepts and designing cohesive wedding themes that reflect your unique style and vision. This includes: decor recommendations, managing contracts with decorative suppliers, table mock-up, colour palettes, floral arrangements, lighting, and other visual elements that contribute to the ‘vibe’.
Wedding Coordination (Construct)
Ensuring a seamless execution of the wedding day. This includes: managing logistics, overseeing vendor setup, developing and distributing production schedules and addressing any unexpected issues that may arise. This service affords you to enjoy your special day stress-free.

Drafting & Layout Design
Creating site plans, detailed floor plans, typical table layouts, and lighting plans to visualise the full event design. This helps in optimising the event space and ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
Entertainment Production
Curating customised music sets, working with choreographer for first dance routine and timed special FX, coordinating live performances, and creating special entrance music mixes to enhance the entertainment aspect of the wedding experience.
Stationery & Signage Design
Designing wedding branding, wedding-related stationery and signage, including menus, ceremony programs, seating charts, and even personalised wedding logos. This adds a personalised touch to the event.
